The Burlington Municipal Courthouse is located at 311 Cedar Street #A in Burlington, Washington. The Courthouse is on the north side of the street between S Alder Street and S Spruce Street. Parking is available out front. The courtrooms are in the Public Safety Building.

Negligent Driving is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and up to 90 days in jail. There is no mandatory license suspension for Negligent Driving in the 1st Degree.
A domestic violence tag can be applied to any crime committed against a family member, someone with whom you share or have shared a household, or an intimate partner. When a crime is tagged as “domestic violence,” you could face additional consequences, including the loss of your firearm rights and up to 60 months of probation.
Criminal trespass 1 and theft 3 are gross misdemeanor crimes punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a fine of up to $5,000. Criminal Trespass 2 is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
